            <div class="terms">Broadcaster Service Fee Calculations</div>

                <div class="termsTitle">1. Broadcaster Service Fee and Special Rewards</div>

                    <div class="termsTwoBodyTitle">1.1</div>
                    <div class="termsTwoBody">Broadcaster Service Fee shall derive exclusively from the Coins generated by the Broadcaster (i.e. via the Company’s members purchase of virtual items on the Company’s Platform and by expenditure of Coins to view Broadcaster’s Content and LiveCast).</div>

                    <div class="termsTwoBodyTitle">1.2</div>
                    <div class="termsTwoBody">The Company agrees to pay the Broadcaster, in exchange for the services rendered, a Broadcaster Service Fee and Special Awards (as defined below) subject to following the terms and conditions:</div>

                        <div class="termsTitle">(a) Broadcaster Service Fee:</div>
                        <div class="termsTwoBody" style="width: 843px;">Consisting of <%=anchorIncomeInfo.anchor_coefficient*100%>% of the total Coins (at the rate of U.S. Dollars 1.50 per 1000 Coins) generated from the broadcasting of Content, LiveCast and sale of virtual gifts by the Broadcaster. Please see formula below:</div>

                        <div class="termsTitle">(b) Special Rewards:</div>
                        <div class="termsTwoBody" style="line-height: 18px; width: 843px;">
                            (i) Minimum Broadcasting Reward:<br>
                            Broadcaster will get a Special Reward of U.S. Dollars [200] per month if the Broadcaster meets the 3 conditions below:<br>
                            a. streams a minimum period of LiveCast of not less than 2 hours (“Minimum LiveCast Period”) per day (“Work Day”);<br>
                            b. accumulates no less than 22 Work Days per month; and<br>
                            c. accumulates no less than 60 LiveCast hours per month.<br>
                            <br>
                            The Minimum Broadcasting Reward shall be paid out on an “all or none” basis. If the Broadcaster fails to meet any of the above conditions, the Minimum Broadcasting Reward, in whole or in part, shall not be payable

                            (ii) Other Rewards:<br>
                            The Company may hold special events and offer other Special Rewards to the Broadcaster for their participation. The Company may notify the Broadcaster of such special events via electronic means such as email and notification on the Company’s websites<br>

                    <div class="termsTwoBodyTitle">1.3</div>
                    <div class="termsTwoBody">The calculations for the Broadcaster Service Fee and Special Rewards as stipulated in Clause 1.2 above are subject to change without notice at the Company’s sole discretion. </div>

                <div class="termsTitle">2. Payment Arrangement</div>
                <div>
                    <div class="termsTwoBodyTitle">2.1</div>
                    <div class="termsTwoBody">The Broadcaster Service Fee and Special Rewards shall be payable monthly in arrears each month.</div>

                    <div class="termsTwoBodyTitle">2.2</div>
                    <div class="termsTwoBody">All payments due under this Agreement will be calculated in U.S. Dollars and paid out to you in U.S. Dollars unless the Parties agree to use a currency other than U.S. Dollars. Conversion of U.S. Dollars to other currencies shall be made at the applicable foreign exchange rate as determined by the Company with reference to an internationally recognized financial institution.</div>

                    <div class="termsTwoBodyTitle">2.3</div>
                    <div class="termsTwoBody">The Company shall settle any Broadcaster Service Fee and Special Rewards with you (if you are not represented by an Agent) or your Agent (if applicable) once per month. If the Company paid out to your Broadcaster Service Fee and Special Rewards to your Agent, it is your Agent’s responsibility to arrange payment to you. The Company shall not be responsible for any outstanding payment owed by your Agent to you.</div>

                    <div class="termsTwoBodyTitle">2.4</div>
                    <div class="termsTwoBody">All banking and handling charges are borne by both the Agent and the Broadcaster, where both parties shall determine the proportions thereof through amicable negotiation.</div>
                </div>

                <div class="termsTitle">3. Performance Guarantee Deposit</div>
                <div>
                    <div class="termsTwoBodyTitle">3.1</div>
                    <div class="termsTwoBody">To ensure the Broadcaster’s performance service and compliance of the Broadcaster Agreement, the Company shall withhold 10% of the monthly Broadcaster Service Fees earned by the Broadcaster to an accumulated amount of U.S. Dollars [1,000] as Performance Guarantee Deposit. The Company reserves the right to revise the amount required for the Performance Guarantee Deposit at all times.</div>

                    <div class="termsTwoBodyTitle">3.2</div>
                    <div class="termsTwoBody">Upon termination of the Broadcaster Agreement, if the Broadcaster had not breached any term of the TS, then the Company shall return the Performance Guarantee Deposit (without interest) to the Broadcaster three months after the date of the termination of their cooperation.</div>
